I retain the right to refuse a commission for personal reasons.

The finished product will be a fully digital piece. No physical product will be shipped.

First paid, in full or partial, first serve! I will not start on the piece if you haven't sent me the agreed price.

In addition, I prefer full payment up front before starting the piece, but partial payment is allowed! The first half should be sent before I start on the piece, then the second half can be sent when I send you a sketch/lineart of your piece before I finish it.

Only the buyer has permission to use the commission for personal purposes, unless the commission is gift art.

However, you are NOT allowed to use MY art for YOUR profit (reselling, redistributing as merchandise, minting them for NFTs, etc.)

I will use commissioned pieces for my portfolio/commission examples to my liking (for example, my portfolio page), but I will not profit from that in any way. Please inform me if you don't want your art posted anywhere for personal reasons and I'll choose other art instead!

If you're planning to repost my art anywhere, please credit me as the artist! My socials are all available below.

Please provide a reference sheet or picture for the character/s or people you want me to draw! I prefer visual over written, but I accept written as well. I will send you a sketch of how I see your character if they don't have a visual reference.

I'll give a starting sketch to you if you request for one, if you paid partial, or if I'm unsure as to what to do with the piece.

Major changes can be requested in the sketch stage. I won't be able to accept any more major changes after you give the okay on the sketch, so please feel free to give as much details as early as possible!

If I am not busy with personal stuff (ex. school) I can finish a piece in less than a week after you've secured a slot. I'll usually reach out to you first within that timeframe for any questions/progress, but feel free to check in with me for updates! I will update you about important events that could stop my progress with your commissions.

I can work with deadlines, but as much as possible please do not give me one. The shortest timeframe you can give me is three days from the deal.

You are only allowed to resell a design if a) you obtained the design using money, and/or b) you have commissioned art for the design. You are not allowed to sell it for more than you bought/traded it for (ex. art for art only). HOWEVER you can add value to the design IF you have commissioned art for it.

REDESIGNS are okay, there's no limit as to how you want to change the design, but as long as I am still credited as one of the designers (I am @/icecreampizzer on TH!).

However, I will NOT PERMIT whitewashing characters of color. That's really my only limit for redesigning.

You are not allowed to use my designs in a harmful way (i.e., using them to support racism or lgbtphobia). I allow the depiction of dark themes using my designs, so long as they are not glorified.

Ask me if you're thinking of using my design in a project that you're going to/planning to monetize. It's highly likely that I'll agree, but I'd love to know! I will NOT ask for any fees in exchange, just please do not use my OWN art in products you will be selling/monetizing (see rule #5 in my commission tos, It applies here).
